this study aimed to: (1) determine the ability of islamic education management students at the parahikma institute of indonesia before and after the implementation of the p3 method, (2) determine the ability of islamic education management students at the parahikam institute of indonesia before and after the implementation of the FC method, (3) determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the p3 and the FC methods in improving english speaking skill of islamic education management studets.
